Haha! That is such a funny stamp. Anyone who has had kids can relate to that picture! Especially the parents whose children insist on wearing as little clothing as possible.
THANK YOU for coming to the party. It was so fun to have you three there. You all mean the world to us and it was nice to hang out with you that night. I'm planning another one in 6 months or so and will keep you posted. Thank you also for the note and the gift. It meant so much to me!
As for the bubble tea, here's the scoop:
Bubble Tea originated in Taiwan in the 80's. It's called 'bubble' or 'Boba' because it has tapioca pearls in it so it feels like you are drinking bubbles. Although there are lots of internet recipes available, this is what I did:
Bring water to a boil. Add Tapioca pearls and turn down heat until the pearls are moving but not in a rolling boil. Cook for 30 minutes then let sit for another 30. After the rest period, drain and rinse with cold water.
Place pearls in a punch bowl and cover with flavored syrup. (I used Strawberry and Pomegranate Grenadine). Add milk, stir and test for taste preference. Once you have the desired flavor, add whipped cream to the top and serve...YUM! good luck!
Thanks for commenting on my blog. Have a super weekend!
